Meeting Registration Information

Seating is limited, early registration is recommended. If the meeting is oversubscribed, the number of participants from an individual lab may be limited.

The registration fee for all meeting participants is in US Dollars, and includes:

admission to all scientific sessions

coffee breaks, opening reception and closing banquet

program/ abstracts booklet/ participants directory

Early Rates (by March 28)       Academic (PI, postdocs) - $460
                                                  Student - $310
                                                  Industry (PI, postdocs) - $560

Regular Rates (after March 28, on site)       Academic (PI, postdocs) - $560
                                                                        Student - $360
                                                                        Industry (PI, postdocs) - $660

Meeting registration and housing reservation (please see Housing page before completing the form) are found on the same form and may be submitted in one of the following ways:

Online - Complete all information at this secured website Meeting/Housing Registration.
By check - Print and complete the paper Registration/Housing form , include check drawn on a US bank or an international money order, payable to Society for Muscle Biology, and mail to attention of Ida Chow, 9650 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, MD 20814, U.S.A.
By FAX – Print and complete the paper Registration/Housing form with credit card information and FAX to (301) 634-7825

Important Note: Housing space is limited and reservations are for program participants only. Spouses/partners and friends who are not registered for the Myogenesis meeting may not live in Founder's Hall. Please contact Ida Chow (info@musclebiology.org) to register as companion. No one under 16 years of age is permitted to stay overnight in the residence hall.

DEADLINE FOR EARLY, DISCOUNTED REGISTRATION IS March 28, 2012.

DEADLINE FOR PRE-MEETING REGISTRATION IS May 7, 2012. Only on-site registration will be accepted after this date.

Cancellations must be made in writing and received by May 7, 2012, by email to: info@musclebiology.org or by FAX to: (301) 634-7825. A processing fee of $45.00 USD will be charged. After this date no refunds will be made.
